Mamma Mia

The story of "Mamma Mia" follows the life of a mother, daughter and three possible dads. Seen by more than 45 million people worldwide, "Mamma Mia" is an ultimate feel-good show written by Catherine Johnson. The musical, a five-time Tony Award nominee, tells the story of a daughter's quest to identify her father on the eve of her wedding, captured best by the story-telling magic of ABBA's timeless songs.

Flashdance - The Musical
Tuesday, Jan. 28 - Sunday, Feb. 2
Celebrating its 30th anniversary, the pop culture phenomenon "Flashdance" tells the inspiring and unforgettable story of Alex Owens, a Pittsburgh steel mill welder by day and a bar dancer by night with dreams of one day becoming a professional performer. When romance with her steel mill boss threatens to complicate her ambitions, Alex learns the meaning of love and its power to fuel the pursuit of her dream. Featuring a score that includes the biggest hit songs from the original movie, the stage musical also features 16 brand new songs with music by Robbie Roth and lyrics by Robert Cary and Robbie Roth.

The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess

Winner of the 2012 Tony Award for Best Revival of a Musical, "The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess" features stunning new staging and includes such legendary songs as "Summertime," "It Ain't Necessarily So" and "I Got Plenty of Nothing." Praised by the New Yorker as "A great achievement!," the classic story is set in Charleston's fabled Catfish Row, where the beautiful Bess struggles to break free from her scandalous past that can only be rescued by the crippled but courageous Porgy. Threatened by her formidable former lover Crown, and the seductive enticements of the colorful troublemaker Sporting Life, Porgy and Bess' relationship evolves into a deep romance that triumphs as one of theater's most exhilarating love stories.

Winner of eight Tony Awards, including Best Musical, "Once" is a truly original Broadway experience featuring an impressive ensemble of actor/musicians who play their own instruments onstage. "Once" follows the story of a Dublin street musician who's about to give up on his dream when a beautiful young woman takes a sudden interest in his haunting love songs. As the chemistry between them grows, his music soars to powerful new heights, but their unlikely connection turns out to be deeper and more complex than your everyday romance.

Ben Brantley of The New York Times calls it "the best musical of this century." Entertainment Weekly says it's "the funniest musical of all time." From "South Park" creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, it's "The Book of Mormon," winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical. Jon Stewart of "The Daily Show" calls it a "crowning achievement. So good it makes me angry."
