What better way to celebrate your birthday amongst close friends, then to party it up Vegas-style and take in the hottest show on the Strip! On September 29, ABSINTHE at Caesars Palace welcomed to its cozy and intimate venue, the lovely and talented actress, Lacey Chabert (Party of Five, Mean Girls) who spent her 30th birthday party enjoying the wild spectacle that is ABSINTHE. Also, spotted in her group of friends was Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco.
